I. Materials
Chicken 1/2, hakka yellow rice wine 1 cup, ginger 5g, oil 5g and salt 3g.
Second, practice.
1. Wash and chop chicken, and wash ginger for later use.
2. A glass of hakka yellow rice wine.
3. Slice ginger.
4. put a little oil in the pot and saute the ginger slices.
5. Add chicken pieces and stir fry.
