Wolong Town is an established town in Qionglai, western sichuan bazi, which is the pearl of the Southern Silk Road and the ancient tea-horse road. It is located in the suburb of Qionglai City, in the middle of Wu Mian Mountain, about 10 km southwest of the urban area, and belongs to a shallow hilly area. The soil in the territory is mainly acidic soil with the most clay, with an average elevation of 500 meters. It is adjacent to Lin Bao Town in the east, Xiqiao Ancient Town, Fuxing Township and Datang Town in Pujiang County in the south, Pingluo Ancient Town and Lin Ji Town in Qionglai City in the west, and Kongming Township and Lin Qiong Ancient Town in the north. Located in two counties (cities) and eight towns (townships), it is an important section of Sichuan-Tibet traffic. This is Qionglai, the hometown of liquor in China. National Highway 108 and 3 18 pass through the south of Jiji Town, and Qiongming Expressway and Chengdu Third Ring Expressway pass through the town. The town covers an area of 36.9 square kilometers, with Wolong Township 1940, Commune 1958 and Township 1982. 1996, with a total of 4,588 households and a total population of1513. It governs Jinlong, Jinbei, Mianshan, Fengshou, Fighting, Huaitu, Windward, Longlong, Longcang, Hezhi and Tar Valley/kloc- Legend has it that Zhuge Liang recruited Meng Huo from the south to station troops here and lived in the same mountain as Wollongong in Nanyang to build a house, also known as Wollongong. Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty fled to Sichuan during the Anshi Rebellion and stayed in Wollongong after losing Zipo (now Shipo Township in Qionglai). At the beginning of Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were many wars in central Sichuan, and Wollongong Cottage was destroyed. The villagers built Wolong Temple as a sacrifice in the former site of the thatched cottage. In the Ming dynasty, Xiong * * had poems as evidence, just like the thatched cottage and Jeremy goldkorn facing the sunset. Wolong Temple is located in the school of Wolong Junior High School on the east side of the town government. It was originally higher than the surrounding hills. In the early days of liberation, it was the office of Wolong Township People's Commune and Wolong Junior High School. In the mid-1980s, there was only one gate on the west side of Chen Xingnian's home (the second passage connecting the school and the township government), which was later demolished by large-scale construction.
