How to wear bitter gourd salad?
Ingredients: 450g bitter gourd, 30g green pepper, 20g garlic cloves, refined salt 1 0g, monosodium glutamate10g, vinegar15g, 20g sesame oil and chilli oil10g.

Exercise 1. Cut the bitter gourd in half, remove the pulp and cut into pieces. Slice green and red peppers. Crush garlic cloves and mash them.

2. Sprinkle 8 grams of salt into bitter gourd and marinate until it becomes soft, wash it with cold water, drain it and put it in a plate, then add green and red pepper slices, add salt and monosodium glutamate and mix well.

3. Add garlic paste, vinegar, Chili oil and sesame oil and mix well.
