Materials prepared in advance: duck leg 460g, tofu 190g, a little salt, a little rock sugar, a little monosodium glutamate, a little garlic and a little blending oil.
1. Step 1, put the prepared tofu into water and add a proper amount of salt, as shown in the figure below.
2. Then add the prepared sauce and crystal sugar water and stir evenly with a spoon, as shown below.
3. Then chop the duck leg into small pieces with a kitchen knife, put it in the oil pan, and fry it slowly on low heat, as shown in the following figure.
4. Then add rice wine to the pot and stir well, as shown below.
5. When the meat changes color, add the prepared sauce to the pot and stir it evenly with a shovel, as shown below.
6, stir fry evenly, add the right amount of water, cover, boil and turn to low heat.
7. Take another pot, heat the oil, put the tofu blocks into the pot, and fry both sides on low heat, taking care not to break them, as shown below.
8. Pour the cooked duck leg meat into the pot and use medium and small fire, as shown in the figure below.
9. Wait until it is cooked, then put it out of the pot and put it on the plate, so that the tofu roast duck is ready.
