In order to effectively protect the basic livelihood of the poor people in urban and rural areas in Nanning, it is decided to raise the minimum living standard for urban and rural residents through research. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

The first is the minimum living standard for urban residents. From April 1 2020, the minimum living standard for urban residents in counties (districts, development zones) will be raised from the current 690 yuan per person per month to 790 yuan per person per month.

The second is the minimum living standard for rural residents. From April 1 2020, the minimum living standard for rural residents in counties (districts, development zones) will be raised from the current 4,600 yuan per person per year to 5,500 yuan per person per year.

Third, the funds are safe. After the improvement of the minimum living standard for urban and rural residents, if the monthly per capita subsidy level of urban and rural subsistence allowances in counties (districts, development zones) exceeds that in autonomous regions, priority shall be given to solving the problem from the balance of basic living assistance subsidy funds for needy people in counties (districts) over the years, or it may be solved as a whole by revitalizing similar stock funds in accordance with the relevant provisions of the central and autonomous regions. There are still deficiencies, which are solved by the counties (districts and development zones) through local financial budget arrangements.

Four, the city's departments at all levels should attach great importance to close cooperation, and earnestly do a good job in the calculation, collection, review and distribution of people's livelihood security funds and other related work.

This notice shall come into force on April 1 day, 2020, and shall be valid for two years. The Notice of Nanning Municipal People's Government on Improving the Minimum Living Standard for Urban and Rural Residents (N.F.G. [2065]16) shall be abolished at the same time.
