Prepare half a catty of ribs, bean paste 15g, 80g of steamed pork rice noodles, 5g of salt, 3 shallots, 8g of soy sauce, 3g of soy sauce, 5 slices of ginger, 3g of thirteen spices, a proper amount of pepper noodles with pepper oil, a potato, a little monosodium glutamate, 50g of glutinous rice, two slices of fragrant leaves and one star anise.
It is best to use pork chops, wash them when you buy them, and then soak them in clear water for about two hours to soak the blood out, which can effectively remove the fishy smell and prevent the meat from hardening.

Put a grate on a boiling pot, put a container with ribs on the grate, cover the lid, boil water on high fire and steam on low fire for about 40 minutes. It's best to check the remaining water in the pot to prevent it from drying out. Just shake the pan and see if there is water.
