After the fire boils, remove the floating foam from the noodle soup, change to medium heat and continue stewing for 45 minutes. Soft-shelled turtle and chicken pieces are cooked. When the soup is milky white, change the fire and add a little salt and sesame oil to taste.
Pay attention to the fact that pregnant women can eat stewed soft-shelled turtle without putting all kinds of seasonings, which can be adjusted according to their tastes. If mother has loose bowels, she can't eat soft-shelled turtle.
