The materials that need to be prepared in advance are: 500g crucian carp, 300g yam, 30g medlar, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of peanut oil, appropriate amount of salt and a small amount of cooking wine.
1. Step 1: Clean the prepared crucian carp, add cooking wine and ginger slices and marinate for half an hour.
