How to eat emperor food? Hot pot, cold salad and stir-fry are all ok. My family loves to fry the emperor's dishes, separating the leaves from the stems, frying the leaves with garlic paste and frying the stems with pork belly and carrots several times. When it is not out of the pot, it is full of fragrance. It is said that a child's mouth is the best testing tool. As long as there is a little smell, even chopsticks are unwilling to pick them up, let alone eat them. Every time I cook this dish, my son eats more than half of it, saying it is delicious, which is better than the restaurant.
What I share with you today is a pork belly and carrot stir-fry dish. It smells delicious, tastes fresh and tender, and the pork belly is chewy. The more you eat, the better it tastes. You will cook it every once in a while, and you will be greedy in a few days.
Emperor fried pork belly
Ingredients: Emperor's dish 500g, pork belly 100g, carrots 1/3.
Accessories: garlic and ginger.
Seasoning: soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, oil and salt.
Step 1: Remove the leaves from the emperor's dish and cook the stems in a pot for a while.
Step 2: Wash the stems of Emperor Caicai and cut them into sections with a knife for later use. (If the stalk is old, you can peel it off before frying it. )
Step 3: Soak pork belly in rice washing water, wash and slice for later use.
Step 4: Wash carrots, slice them, and then shred them for later use.
(1) Hot pan with cold oil, pour in the pork belly and stir fry for a while (this pork belly tastes fragrant but not greasy).
2 Add cooking wine, soy sauce and soy sauce, and continue to stir fry for a while (coloring+seasoning).
(3) After the pork belly is colored, pour in shredded carrots and stir fry quickly for a while.
(4) Pour in the emperor Caicai stalks, add a little salt, stir fry for a while, and serve.
This is a home-cooked dish with little technical content. Remember to hang the pork belly for a while and fry the shredded carrots in advance, so that the pork belly is not greasy and the shredded carrots are not hard.
