How to pickle your own barbecue?
The method of curing barbecue at home is as follows:

Ingredients: beef, cooking wine, 2 eggs, onion, ginger slices, pepper, sugar, thirteen spices, soy sauce, seasoning oil, curry powder, cooked peanut oil and salt.

Pickling step:

1. Wash the beef, cut it into pieces and put it in a basin.

2. Add 3 slices of ginger, then beat 2 eggs into the pot and add the onion.

3. Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, sugar, thirteen spices, a little soy sauce, spice oil and cumin powder and mix well.

4. Add oyster sauce 1 tsp, curry powder 1 tsp, and 2 tsps of cooking wine, and stir well.

5. Finally, pour in 1 tbsp of cooked peanut oil and marinate for about 2 hours.
