Wall flowers, door symbols, lantern flowers, festive flowers, kangwai flowers and door curtain flowers are also important components of Shaanxi paper-cutting. Shaanxi paper-cut has a strong regional style and enjoys a high reputation in the country. Many paper-cut works, such as birds fly at the phoenix, mice marry women, Wang Xiang sleeps on the ice, and two dragons play with beads, are famous at home and abroad.
