Tips:

Asari and lettuce can't be eaten together: lettuce tastes bitter and cold, while Asari tastes pungent and warm, and their efficacy and function are incompatible, so they should not be used together.

Chinese cabbage and shrimp can be eaten together: shrimp has the functions of tonifying kidney, strengthening waist, strengthening brain and strengthening spleen, and has curative effect on arteriosclerosis, calculus, constipation and obesity. Cabbage contains a small amount of substances that cause goiter, which will interfere with the utilization of iodine by thyroid gland, so be sure to add seafood.
