2. Fish cake

She just wanted to eat some fish, but the fish had fishbones, so Nv Ying made fish cakes in E Huang for a long time. After E Huang ate it, he slowly became ill. Shun Di praised it as soon as he was happy. In this way, fish cakes spread in Jingchu Plain.
3. Nanfeng Buddha eel
It is made of pickles, bacon and south wind eel. First clean the eel and chop it into 3cm pieces, then clean the pickles, bacon and onions and cut them into small pieces (remember to blanch the bacon and slice it).
Heat oil in a pot, add lard and vegetable oil, then fry the bacon first, then add spices such as pepper and cinnamon.
