The commissioning of 20 18 Jiazi Winery marks that the mechanized utilization of our company has reached a new level and entered a brand-new stage.
With the gradual advancement of modernization, our way of life and work is constantly changing. From the past paper office to the present computer office, from the past pure manual brewing to the continuous addition of mechanized elements, our office conditions have been continuously improved and the brewing output has been continuously improved. The addition of mechanization and other elements has greatly improved our work efficiency, making our annual wine output increase from tens of tons in the past to thousands of tons now. However, the use of mechanization has also brought new challenges to safety production.
In the past, even if there were some accidents in production packaging, it was only minor injuries such as scratches and bumps. In the era of mechanization, machinery generally has the characteristics of large volume and hard texture, such as retort, aerial work truck, crane and so on. The use of machinery is also inseparable from electricity. Once the current exceeds 50 mA, the human body will be fatally injured. In the mechanized era, once an accident happens, the harm to human body will be 1000 times as much as before. People are more vulnerable in front of machines. So in the new era, we must put more energy into safe production.
Compared with the old workshop, the biggest feature of Jiazi Winery is the use of air transportation. With the same number of workers as the old workshop, the output of the new workshop is nearly twice that of the old workshop. All this is due to the use of large machinery, such as aircraft. It is roughly estimated that the use of aerial vehicles reduces the manual labor of workshops by more than 80%, and the transportation of fermented grains and the excavation of grain are replaced by aerial vehicles. However, the use of aerial vehicles has also added a new danger, that is, falling objects from high altitude. Therefore, the new workshop requires employees to wear safety helmets. The helmet can only prevent some small falling objects from hurting the head, and has little effect on the falling of heavy objects such as retort and bucket. Therefore, the new workshop has certain requirements for "open space" collaborative work. The ground crew should stay away from the movement route of the hoisted object, and don't feel that they have done a good job-it doesn't matter if the hook is hung and the hanging plate has been checked to be firm, so they have the courage to go on. Not afraid of 10 thousand, just afraid of one thousand. We can't afford those things on our heads. It really hurts. People may not have any serious problems. We may have to pay tribute to Master Yan Fu in advance. Think twice about everything. There are many parts on the plane. What should I do if the winch is broken, the operating system is broken, the rope is broken and the operator slips? If you can't provoke me, you can't hide! As an air force, air vehicle operators must have a pair of good eyes and always pay attention to all roads. Someone should stop on the route in time and inform the ground personnel in time. For invisible places, always contact the team leader on the ground with walkie-talkies to ensure the safe and smooth production.
The mechanization of packaging workshop has been advancing, and the tools are constantly improving. In recent years, there should be no such leap-forward progress as Jiazi Winery. Because there are many production processes of finished products in the packaging workshop, and they are one by one, the role of manpower is more prominent. The use of tools tends to be more refined and the man-machine coordination is more prominent. The machinery in the packaging workshop mainly includes bottle washer, workbench, coding machine (fixed and small), forklift and so on. The bottle washer and workbench are driven by crawler, so it should be noted that hair and clothes are not caught, and packaging workers wear hoods and uniforms, so the risk is reduced to a very low level. However, some hidden dangers in the packaging workshop are very hidden. In the packaging workshop, you can often see some workers sticking band-AIDS. Others like to brush three or two tribute bottles without rubber gloves; There is an odor in the air when laser coding, and workers do not wear masks; The road surface is uneven and there are many small pits; Unstable stacking of packaging materials; Glass slag and so on. Safety production in packaging workshop should pay more attention to some small problems, mostly for workers to consider.
The problems in the office area are mainly in electricity consumption. Of course, attention should be paid to other places, such as winding bare wires neatly, turning off the power after work and so on.
Say 1000 words and 10000 words, many accidents happen because we are careless, don't follow the process and ignore those 1000 words. The ancients said: Don't do it with small kindness, don't do it with small evil. The same is true in production, don't ignore small things. Safety in production starts from childhood and starts from caring for yourself.
