1. Wash and dry the mutton, or don't cut the big cross knife, as shown below.
2. Use a kitchen knife to shred the prepared onion and ginger for later use, as shown in the figure below.
3. Put the cut mutton into the pot, add salt and barbecue powder, as shown in the figure below.
Fourth, add onion and ginger, pour in a spoonful of sesame oil, and rub it evenly by hand repeatedly, as shown below.
5. Then set aside and marinate for more than 4 hours, so that the mutton has been marinated. Just sprinkle some Chili powder when baking.
