Ingredients: sirloin, potato, carrot, onion, chopped black pepper, garlic, salt, sugar, soy sauce and ginger.
Exercise:
1. Wash and cut the brisket, blanch it in a cold water pot, skim off the blood foam and take it out.
2, diced onions, carrots, potatoes, hob blocks, garlic, ginger slices.
3. Stir-fry onion with a little oil in the pot, add chopped black pepper, garlic slices and ginger slices, stir-fry the brisket after it smells.
4. Add cooking wine and soy sauce, add half a pot of boiling water for 2 hours, add carrots and potato pieces, cook for 10 minute, add salt and sugar, and collect the juice and put it in a bowl.
Eight, spiced braised beef brisket
Ingredients: sirloin, onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper, cinnamon, pepper, star anise, tsaoko, dried tangerine peel, fennel, soy sauce, bean paste and cooking wine.
