The dam of Qiandao Lake Reservoir is105m high and 462m long. The length of the reservoir is about 150km, and the widest part exceeds 10km. The deepest reaches 100 meters, with an average water depth of 30.44 meters.

The area is about 580 square kilometers and the water storage capacity can reach 654.38+078 billion cubic meters. At the highest water level, there are 654.38+0078 land bridge islands larger than 0.25 square kilometers, mainly islands less than 2 square kilometers, with a total island area of 409 square kilometers.
