Exercise 1
Ingredients: 6 abalone, 500g chicken, 2 slices ham, 8 mushrooms, 2-3 scallops, 20g wolfberry, salt and rice wine. Practice: put all the ingredients into the casserole, add appropriate amount of rice wine and pour enough water. Bring to a boil with high fire, then simmer for about 3 hours until the ingredients are completely stewed, and finally add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
Exercise 2
Ingredients: raw abalone, chicken skeleton, soybean, scallop and pork tenderloin. Practice: Put all the soup ingredients into a porcelain tile soup pot, boil it with high fire, remove the oil slick impurities with an oil separating spoon, and then simmer for two hours.
Taboo crowd
Gout patients can't eat it, and people who have a cold and fever should not eat it.
