Put the frozen rice noodles into the pot and add warm water to melt. Prepare chopped pepper, pepper, pepper powder and sesame. Cut coriander and celery into powder, and shred mustard tuber. Take a small bowl, add salt, pepper, pepper powder, sesame seeds, pour fresh soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil and appropriate amount of warm water, and stir evenly with chopsticks to make soup.
Cook the rice noodles in a pot of water.
Then take out the cooked rice noodles and put them in the soup bowl. Then sprinkle with coriander, celery, mustard tuber and chopped pepper, and stir well to make spicy rice noodles.
