Flower shell, also known as "clam and mango snail", is a mollusk with a length of about 3 cm and a small head. The surface color of the shell is generally yellowish brown. Huajia is a breeding variety developed in Chaoshan area in recent ten years, and its scientific name is Ruditapes variegata. Flower beetle generally lives in sandy or muddy intertidal zone and shallow sea, especially in estuary waters, and can be caught all year round. It is one of the most commonly used seafood foods for residents.
