1. Wash the red dates, remove the core and cut into small strips, as shown in the figure below.
2. Wash the pig liver and cut it into small pieces, as shown in the figure below.
3. Cut the pork liver into small pieces and wash it. Add cooking wine, corn starch, soy sauce, salt, ginger and peanut oil to taste.
4. Mix the seasonings evenly and marinate for 10 minute, as shown in the figure below.
5. Marinate the pork liver and put the medlar, as shown below.
6. Put red dates, as shown in the figure below.
7. Boil hot water in the pot, put the pork liver in the pot, cover the pot, and steam for 5- 10 minutes.
8. Then, put the pot on the plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion, so that the steamed pork liver is finished.
