Materials:
Fat sausage, Chinese cabbage (whatever you like), onion, ginger, garlic, a handful of peppers, watercress, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, Chili noodles and pepper noodles.
Exercise:
1. Cut the fat sausage into small pieces, put it in a pot and cook for 5 minutes, scoop it up, add soy sauce and starch, and cook with cooking wine for a while.
2. Add oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger, garlic and pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, then add watercress and stir-fry.
Step 3 add water. After the water is boiled, add chopped Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts. Cook it until it goes bad. Take it out.
4. The fat sausage slides into the pot. When the water boils, two rolls can be taken out of the pot.
5. Sprinkle pepper noodles and pepper noodles on the fat sausage.
6. Heat oil in the pan. Boil the oil, pour it into a bowl, and cook the fat sausage.
