Xing 'an North Street, Wulanhaote. Wulanhaote City belongs to Xing 'an League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Located in the northeast of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, at the southern foot of Daxinganling Mountains, at the junction of Horqin Grassland and Songliao Plain. Now it is the seat of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Xing 'an League Committee and Administrative Office, and the political, economic, cultural and transportation center of the League. Xing 'an League ("Xing 'an" is Manchu, which means "hill" in Chinese) is located in the northeast of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in the transition zone from Daxinganling to Songnen Plain, and adjacent to Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces in the northeast and southeast respectively.
