Ingredients: mutton slices 200g, cumin grains 5g, cumin powder 5g, soy sauce 15ml, sugar 5g, salt 5g, egg white 1 and cooking wine 15ml.

Exercise:

1. Slice mutton, rinse with clear water for five minutes to remove blood, then add egg white and cooking wine, grab and marinate for 20 minutes;

2. Heat the wok until you can feel the obvious hot air when you put it on it by hand, then add a proper amount of oil, add the mutton slices and slide them away quickly, and stir-fry until the meat slices change color.

Raw materials:

250g mutton slices, soy sauce 15ml, rice vinegar 15ml, 8g sugar, 5g salt and a handful of coriander.

Exercise:
