Beijing TV’s warm-tasting beef sauce recipe

Ingredients

80g ground beef, 20g mushrooms, 1 tablespoon cherry tomatoes, 1/8 teaspoon oregano spice, 1/2 teaspoon flour, 200cc red wine, stock 300cc, 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

Method

1. Slice the mushrooms and tomatoes and set aside.

2. After heating the pot, add ground beef and minced mushrooms from step 1 and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Add the tomato slices, oregano spices, flour, red wine and stock from Step 1 in Step 2, and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
