In terms of industrial orientation, we should strive to develop hot spring economy with tourism and holiday industry as the main body, exhibition economy with exhibition industry as the main body, knowledge economy with creativity and R&D industry as the main body, and human settlement economy with housing and commercial industry as the main body. According to the industrial direction, the core area of the resort can be divided into four sections.

Old Town Commercial Livable Plate: Based on the existing old market town area, the existing old town commercial area and market town residential area will be renovated and upgraded, and the historical and cultural leisure blocks and ecologically livable places of the resort will be built according to the characteristics and customs of the Republic of China.

Cultural and geological experience plate: Relying on Tangshan National Geopark, make full use of unique geological and geomorphological conditions, enrich tourism activities such as sports and entertainment, ecological leisure, geological scientific research and popular science education, and build Tangshan geological leisure tourism area. At the same time, relying on Nanjing Homo erectus Fossil Site Park and Yangshan Monument Site Park, and based on natural and human resources, we will build a national cultural heritage protection demonstration zone integrating site protection, archaeological display, popular science education, tourism and leisure.

Core hot spring holiday plate: relying on Tangshan hot spring resources and taking the reception facilities gathered by international brands as the carrier, we will develop high-end leisure and holiday products such as business meetings, health vacations and recuperation.

Eco-environmental protection plate: based on the principle of eco-environmental protection in Huanglong Mountain in the north, focusing on enriching mountain vegetation, forest landscape nodes such as hiking trails and wooden plank roads are added to provide ecological rest places for tourists.
