Shenzhen Longgang Vocational and Technical School was founded in 1994, formerly known as Shenzhen Longgang Secondary Technical School (referred to as Longgang Secondary Technical School), and merged with Shenzhen Longgang Adult Secondary Technical School in 1997. In 2002, it merged with Shenzhen Buji Vocational and Technical School and was renamed Shenzhen Longgang Vocational and Technical School.
