In fact, if there are few team members, just a few people may think about it. The problem will not be too big and it will be well organized, but how about dozens of people in a project? Is it necessary to organize well?
Let's talk about my own experience:
As a project dinner, of course, the first choice is the project-related personnel, then the leaders, and colleagues who have participated in other departments can also pull together for dinner; There is no need for people to concentrate too much on the project, as long as they have participated in or had dry cleaning, they can get together.
Although informed, some people can't come, so we need to reconfirm.
It's best to book the dinner place in advance and have a spare one just in case, otherwise it will be embarrassing if the good box is temporarily unavailable or robbed.
The reimbursement amount of each company is different, and the content that can be reimbursed is limited, so you have to say hello in advance. Don't exceed the amount too much, and pay in advance if it exceeds a little. Anyway, it is conducive to the harmonious coexistence of project team members. If there is more, it will be very troublesome.
There is also the category of reimbursement, bar, KTV or sports, whether it can be reimbursed or not.
As a leader, you should also be responsible to your members when you go out to eat. When eating, you should pay attention to whether anyone is crazy enough to persuade you to drink, whether anyone can't drink or drink too much, and don't have any accidents.
After dinner, it doesn't mean it's over. It's really painful to make sure that everyone can return to China normally and safely, and the responsibility of the project manager is finally over.
