Today is New Year's Eve, and my family held a big family gathering at home. On New Year's Eve, we pack jiaozi together and eat jiaozi at midnight, which is a tradition in China. First, we prepared minced pork and some vegetables for jiaozi.
We also need a lot of skins to wrap jiaozi. Some of us are making dumpling skins, while others are mixing meat stuffing with vegetables. All of us enjoyed the process of booking jiaozi and chatted with each other.
Before midnight, when we heard the New Year bell, jiaozi was ready for us to eat. What a wonderful night it is!
