Fried shrimps with carrots and cucumbers
working methods
1. Wash and slice cucumber.
2. Wash carrots and slice them.
3. Shrimp is wrapped with egg white starch paste.

6. Add carrots and stir fry.
7. Add some water and cook for a while.
8. Add cucumber and stir fry.
9. Add salt and seasoning soy sauce.
10. Add shrimps and stir fry. Add monosodium glutamate to taste before taking out.
