Ingredients: 250g coarse rice flour.
Accessories: 350g of pork liver, 50g of red pickled pepper and 50g of clean bamboo shoots.

Step 3: fish out the pig liver soaked in blood, drain the water, add Shaoxing wine, proper amount of essence and starch, and grab it evenly by hand for later use;

Step 4: Dice the red pepper for later use;
Step 5: Wash ginger and chives respectively and cut into powder for later use;

Step 7: Pour the cooked lard into the pot, heat it to 50% heat, put the cooked pork liver into the oil pan, fry it and take it out for later use;
Step 8: Leave a proper amount of base oil in the original wok, heat it to 70%, add chopped red pepper pieces and stir fry, then add bamboo shoots and stir fry together;
Step 9: stir-fry the oiled pork liver until the oil turns red, then add a proper amount of refined salt and chicken essence, stir evenly, pour in sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and take it out for later use;
Step 10: Put the cooking pot on high fire, add appropriate amount of water to boil, add the soaked vermicelli and appropriate amount of salt, cook until the vermicelli is cooked, take it out and put it in a bowl, and pour in the prepared red pepper, bamboo shoots and pork liver.
Tips:
1. If it is not delicate enough, you can beat it again in the cooking machine and fry it.
2. When the pig liver is drowning, it can be repeatedly flooded twice, and two pieces of ginger can be added each time to get rid of it.
3. Add a spoonful of pork liver powder directly to the baby's complementary food every time.

Exercise:
