Preparation: half a duck, dried bamboo shoots, ginger slices, dried tangerine peel, soy sauce and a little rock sugar.

1. Wash the ingredients for later use, heat the pot, pour in the duck meat and ginger slices, and stir-fry until the excess water in the duck meat is dry.
