Prepare materials
Prepare black-bone chicken 150g, appropriate amount of salt, donkey-hide gelatin 15g, lean meat 100g, 5g of red dates, 5g of longan and 3 slices of ginger.
Dehydration treatment
Wash black-bone chicken and lean meat and cut into small pieces, wash red dates, remove cores and wash longan. Boil water in the pot, add chicken and lean meat to remove blood stains, then remove and wash.
Cooking process
Add black-bone chicken, donkey-hide gelatin, lean meat, red dates, longan and ginger slices into the stew. Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 2 hours.
