How to cook roasted scallops with garlic?
Wash scallops and brush off black sand.
Chop onion and garlic, and shred ginger.
Make a knife on the surface of each scallop.
Stir-fry minced garlic oil, mix in onion, add light soy sauce, olive oil, a little wine and salt (my amount is almost a spoonful of half-baked olive oil and a teaspoon of salt).
Spread a layer of tin foil on the baking tray, pour seasoning on the scallops and add shredded ginger.
Cover with a layer of tin foil and put in the oven. 180-200 degrees, bake for 5-8 minutes (this time can be different according to different ovens. My scallops are very thick, so they are baked for 8- 10 minutes).
