1. Prepare radish. Note: white radish is fine, and green radish is better than pickled radish.
2. Slice the radish first, then cut it into strips, and finally cut it into dices.
3. Put it in a small bowl, sprinkle with salt and mix well. Note: Just add a little more salt than your cooking, because this is not a real pickle, but a pickle that has been marinated for many days.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
5. Put some pepper in the small pot and pour some oil. Note: pour more oil, which can be used to mix cold dishes and noodles.
6. Heat the hot oil on medium heat, and turn off the heat when you smell the pepper.
7. Pour the pepper oil on the radish and the radish pickle will be ready.
