Design: Considering the design requirements, the size, color and font of light boxes should be arranged in primary and secondary order, and the changes of pictures and texts should be placed horizontally and vertically. In addition, it depends on the brackets made at the installation site. Based on this design, the size, font and color of each word are calculated and searched.

Wood: 2×2 cm square timber is used for nail rack.
Blanking: four pieces in length and four pieces in width, with length, width and less than 0.5cm = wood length. Saw 2× 1 tenon at both ends, paste it with white latex and nail it. Thickness dimension minus two material thicknesses +0.5= thickness length. Then put on white latex and nail it.
Aluminum material: the aluminum alloy material of the ground cabinet is the same height, width and length. 45-degree angle saw, connected with plug-in.
Lighting: Generally, two or three fluorescent tubes are used. 40W 1.2 long lamp tube with 1.3m light box. The 30W lamp tube is 0.9 meters long, and is used for light boxes over 1. 1 meter. The thickness is generally 20-25 cm.
Therefore, when negotiating with customers, we must consider the material saving of organic board (specification: 1830× 1200mm) and the length of fluorescent tubes.
When installing, install the lamp holder on both ends of the lamp holder with screws, and put the ballast beside it. It's best to stick it on with tape after trial burning. The power cord is connected according to the ballast circuit, and the wires are laid with thick wires along the wooden frame at 0.7mm and 0.8mm according to the schematic diagram of fluorescent lamp ballast.
Board surface: mostly white background, divided into two kinds of plexiglass plates: milky white and magnetic white. Generally, I like to use a magnetic whiteboard: first, a white magnetic board with a white surface; Second, scraps can be used to process small print, otherwise the milky white paste can't be used, red on the red background, blue on the blue background and benzene board can't be made, and glue marks can still be seen. Cut the board of the light box with a hook knife, and the length, width and size are 2-3 mm smaller than the wooden frame.
Upper plate: when nailing small nails (15mm), drill a small hole with an electric drill first, otherwise the hard nail will crack and nail at the edge of 5mm, and nail three or four nails more than one meter long. Only four nails can be nailed to the 20mm wide side plate. Drill holes in the side to get the wires out.
Aluminum strip: 20×20mm aluminum angle is used, and the length and width of plexiglass plate are better than 2 mm. The aluminum corner head is sawed at a 45-degree angle, and all the screws are nailed on the 20mm thick side, including the regular script on the front. People can't see the nails.
Paste the organic words: arrange the words on the light box according to the design, check them lightly, straighten them, and then paste them with plexiglass glue. There are two ways to paste, one is to glue the organic glue on it, and the other is to suck the organic glue with a medical needle and gently inject the edge. The second one is better than the first one. Check whether there are any typos, missing words and typos, and check whether each word is glued tightly and whether there are any missing words.
Cleaning: Use a small piece of clean cloth, dip it in some water, and then squeeze some toothpaste to wipe it evenly. After wiping evenly, dip a cloth in some water and wipe it on a large area. Water is not easy, but cloth is wet.

(6) Key points of operation:
Inspection of wall structure before installation: the strength and bearing capacity of the main structure should be checked before decoration, and if it does not meet the design requirements, it should be handled in time.
To install pretreatment parts, store decoration should be consolidated, so the pretreatment parts should be installed in advance according to the design requirements. Basic requirements for installing light boxes:
According to the position of accessories, blanking and welding, 2.5×2.5 angle steel is generally used to weld triangular brackets. Horizontal light boxes are generally 20 cm away from the wall, and the arm length remains unchanged. The height of the boom is half that of the boom, and the diagonal braces account for 1/3 of it.
If the light box 1.8× 1.2m is 20 cm away from the wall in arm length, two vertical angle irons shall be welded. Fix the rear side of the large light box to prevent it from swinging, and the height should be at least 2/3 of the height of the light box.
If the light box is erected, it will be 1.3×60×20, and the column can be raised not less than 2/3 of the light box.
Installation of light box, 1.8× 1.2×20, must be welded into a half-frame light box. The upper and lower parts are firmly fixed.
There is also a small light box, the size of which is less than 1.20×0.60×0.2, which is directly connected with the aluminum strip on the aluminum gusset plate.
When installing the angle iron frame, drill four holes with the diameter of 10 on the bracket, and then put the bracket in the position where it needs to be installed. Determine the position of the hole, and use an impact hole with a diameter of 8. Firmly fix the expansion screw, then align the bracket with the eyelet, screw on the nut and tighten it. Finally, fix the light box firmly with big wooden screws. Check whether it is safe again.
(7) Quality standard of operation process:
Format: the text should be clear, the colors should be matched, and the contrast of colors should be made full use of, and the contrast should be large and the colors should be bright and eye-catching. The font size should be as large as possible, and the colors should be contrasted, so that the font will not appear crowded, and the board surface can be fully utilized.
In recent years, the background color has appeared again, and the effect of red and yellow is good. There are physical objects on the board, such as cameras, watches and cutting machines. And the shape must be good-looking, which plays the role of finishing touch and can be seen at a glance. Otherwise, it will destroy the image and backfire. The overall appearance of the light box depends not only on the square, oblique and corner seams. The greater quality standard lies in the skew and arrangement of fonts. Be sure to check the words several times before pasting them. If there is someone nearby, let others check it several times. Whether there is an error.
(8) Operation precautions:
When making a light box or pasting words, you must distinguish which side is next to the wall and which side is next to the wall to lead out the wires. It's raining up there, and going out on the other two sides is not nice. When pasting words, don't put organic glue, bottles and caps on the organic board, otherwise the residual glue on the bottles and caps will stain the board. When pasting, don't sell out the pens or needles to prevent dripping on the board from affecting the appearance. Generally, after pasting, cover a newspaper. The pvc board on the surface of the light box cannot be wiped with banana oil, thinner and gasoline, but only with toothpaste dipped in water.
(9) Common quality defects and prevention methods:
The font size becomes smaller after the finished product, mainly because the font size is determined according to the sample size of1:10, and the character spacing is larger after enlargement. The spacing problem must be considered when determining the font. The strokes of fonts are not well pasted, mainly because we don't know much about art. We should deepen the study of fine arts. When pasting words, you can compare the scraps of writing saws. The font saw is not straight, uneven, uphill or downhill, mainly because it does not draw parallel lines and is not skilled in operation.
Prevention and control methods:
Before the operation, don't rush for success, carefully study the design manuscripts and arrange them according to 1: 1. Work hard on fine art fonts and practice seriously on technical operation. As the saying goes, "if you are not afraid of slowness, you are afraid of standing." It is not cost-effective to pay for the goods quickly, but it takes a lot of time, and then it is not cost-effective to stop working or deduct the employer's money.

Second, the simple manufacturing method of LED electronic light box
1, production: using acrylic board, plastic board, or other thermal insulation materials, I mostly use black 2.5mm double-layer aluminum-plastic board. First, engrave the words to be made with single-sided adhesive tape, stick them on the aluminum-plastic board with good size, and punch holes with electric drill or engraving machine (the spacing is 10- 15mm according to the size of the words), and the size and diameter of the holes should not be too large. Write with F5 spotlight, and the hole spacing should be15 mm. Try it and you will know why. If 546 oval lamp is used, the hole spacing can be controlled between 20- 10mm, and the closer the distance, the better the effect.
2. Series connection: according to+-,+-,...+-,+-to produce a positive electrode (marked as A+) and a negative electrode (marked as K-). The connection of lamp feet needs soldering, or they can be screwed together before soldering. Remember: it must be welded. Because the legs of LED are plated with iron and silver, once the current passes, it will rust quickly, which will cause hidden dangers to the light box and bring a lot of trouble after sale. There are many conjoined lights now.
Using conjoined lights can save a lot of time and improve production efficiency, but there are only 20 lights in each row, so welding is inevitable.
Note: the long leg of LED is "+"(positive pole) and the short leg is "-"(negative pole).
3. Grouping (string): Group according to the maximum number of LEDs of various colors in the schedule, for example, each string of red LEDs does not exceed 120. There is a simple reason. The output of the controller is about 2 10V, and the working voltage of the red light is about 2V, which means that each LED lamp will drop 2V. If there are too many LEDs, the output voltage of the controller can not reach the voltage required for the normal operation of the light string, and the light string is not bright or the brightness is too low.
Note: It is not recommended to use "*" in the attached table. When the number of series LEDs approaches or exceeds the number with "*", it is easy to cause circuit instability. It is suggested to divide them into two or more strings and connect them in parallel as a group.
4. Series resistors: According to the number in the attached table, connect an appropriate number of resistors in each led string. The resistor has no positive electrode and negative electrode, and can be connected in series between any two LEDs in the string. Thread where wiring is needed, saving time, effort and thread.
