manufacturing process
1. Heat all the materials to about 42℃, then turn off the fire, and then add 2g bacterial powder and stir well.
2. Put it in a container and cover it with plastic wrap.
3. Put it in a yogurt machine or oven and ferment it at about 43℃ for 8 hours.
4. Prepare a sieve, spread gauze on it, pour yogurt and wrap it. You can put a heavy object on it to hold it down.
5. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for 12h, separate whey, and cold extract yogurt.
