Efficacy: Bushen Yijing.
2 longan lotus seed soup material: longan 10 tablets, 25 grams of lotus seeds, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Practice: longan is shelled, boiled with lotus seeds in water until the lotus seeds are soft and rotten, and appropriate amount of rock sugar is added until the rock sugar melts. Use each bow 1 time every morning and before going to bed.
Efficacy: nourishing yin and tonifying kidney.
3 Gouqi porridge material: 20g of Radix Rehmanniae, 50g of Rhizoma Dioscoreae and 50g of Fructus Lycii, and 0/00g of rice/kloc.
Practice: Chop up Radix Rehmanniae, mash Rhizoma Dioscoreae, put it in a pot with Fructus Lycii and rice, add appropriate amount of water to make porridge, and have porridge for breakfast, once a day 1 time.
Efficacy: It is suitable for lumbago due to kidney deficiency caused by partial kidney yin deficiency.
4 Salted shrimp material: 300g fresh shrimp, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, cooking oil and cooking wine.
Practice: clean the shrimp heads and drain the water; Heat oil in a pot, add appropriate amount of water (based on shrimp), add onion, ginger, salt and pepper after the fire boils, add shrimp when the fragrance comes out, add cooking wine, skim off the floating foam, cook for 5 minutes, and then take it out to cool.
Efficacy: Bushen Gu Jing.
