Materials to be prepared: pepper 1800g, salt 200g, rice wine 200g, boiled water 1000g.
First, the first step is to clean the pepper with clear water, dry the water and tie some small holes.
Second, put the pepper with holes into the prepared pot, as shown below.
Third, put the prepared salt into the basin and mix well, as shown in the figure below.
4. Stir well, pour in rice wine, stir well again, and let stand for one hour.
5. Prepare a jar, put pepper and cold water in it, sprinkle some salt and seal it.
You can take it out in six or two weeks, so you can taste the sour pepper.
