Marinate 350g chicken (cut into pieces) with 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce and 1/2 tsp corn flour. Stir-fry chicken nuggets without tablespoons of oil, add 6 dried shallots, peel and press slightly, 2 slices of ginger, 2 shallots (cut into pieces), 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and stir well for about 2 minutes until heated through.
