Panjin Vocational and Technical College is a full-time general higher vocational college, located in Panjin City, Liaoning Province. There are 12 secondary colleges, offering 40 majors in five categories: economic management, engineering technology, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, culture, education and health.

-Accounting: This major trains senior professionals with knowledge and ability in financial management, auditing and taxation, who can engage in accounting, financial management and auditing in enterprises and institutions.

-Electrical Engineering and Automation: This major trains senior engineers who have the basic theory and knowledge of electrical engineering and automation technology and can be engaged in the technical or management work of the design, manufacture, operation and management of power systems and their automation equipment.

-Computer Science and Technology: This major trains senior professionals with solid basic knowledge of computer science and technology and strong practical ability, who can engage in the development and application of computer software and hardware in scientific research departments, education departments, enterprises and institutions.

-Nursing: This major trains high-level professionals who have the basic theoretical knowledge and skills of basic medicine, clinical medicine and nursing and can engage in clinical nursing, preventive health care, nursing management and nursing teaching in medical and health institutions.
