(Some raw materials can be selected by yourself, and the final taste can be decided by yourself. )
Pour a few spoonfuls of peanut oil into the pot and heat it.
Put chopped chili, chili powder, peanut oil, soy sauce, white sesame, pepper powder, salt, oyster sauce and minced garlic into a heat-resistant bowl and stir well. (The reason why I put chopped pepper and Chili powder is because the chopped pepper I bought is not spicy enough, and the Chili powder is very spicy, in order to increase the spicy degree. )
Pour in peanut oil that has been burned to 80% heat.
Stir quickly with chopsticks and cool to room temperature.
Add a spoonful of chicken essence to make it fresh.
Put the prepared Chili oil into a small cup or bottle with a lid. Remember to clean the bottle before, and don't leave any raw water.
When you're done, that's it.
