Microwave braised pork:
Cooking materials: pork belly (540g), green onions (2 stalks), ginger (5 slices)
Seasoning: oil ( 3 tablespoons), sugar (2 tablespoons), dark soy sauce (5 tablespoons), Sichuan peppercorns (1/2 tablespoon), salt (1/2 tablespoon)
Microwave braised pork method/steps:
1. Wash the pork belly and cut into 3 cm square pieces. Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and let cool.
2. Cut the pork belly into 1 cm thick slices; remove the head and tail of the green onion, wash and cut into sections, peel and slice the ginger.
3. Pour the green onions and ginger slices into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of sugar, mix well, put in the microwave and heat on high for 3 minutes, take out.
4. Pour the pork belly into the bowl, add 5 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of Sichuan peppercorns, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and 1/2 bowl of boiling water, stir well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
5. Cover with plastic wrap, put the pork belly in the microwave and heat on high for 20 minutes, take it out and put it on a plate.
