Fried shrimp with garlic moss
Wash shrimps and drain for later use.
Add corn starch to shrimp and stir well for later use. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger, add shrimp, stir-fry until dry, add cooking wine, stir-fry with a little salt, and then pour in a proper amount of soy sauce. When the shrimp turns red, take it out of the pot for use.
In a wok, pour oil and heat, add garlic moss and stir fry, and add appropriate amount of salt to stir fry garlic moss until cooked. Add shrimps and stir fry. Stir-fry with water, dry and plate.
