Since 1978, the food standard of our army has been adjusted 24 times. Now it is divided into four categories according to the different services. The first category of stoves is 1 1 yuan per person per day, the second category is 13 yuan, the third category is 23 yuan, and the fourth category is 39 yuan.

First-class stoves mainly serve soldiers with difficult living conditions, officers who have meals with soldiers, national defense construction detachments, border defense and island troops.

The second kind of stoves are tank and self-propelled artillery repair unit, tank and self-propelled artillery unit, aviation maintenance brigade and plateau area department.

The third kind of stove serves the surface warship personnel and flight school students.

The four types of stoves are conventional submarine personnel, aviation aircrew and nuclear submarine personnel.
