1. Material preparation: 5g cucumber, 1g shrimp, 5g cashew nuts, 1g chopped green onion, 5g shredded ginger, 1g cooking wine, 1 egg white, 1ml cooking oil, 2g lily, 3g chicken powder and 15g water starch. Dice the cucumber. As shown in the figure below.
2. Remove the shell, head and shrimp line from the shrimp, as shown in the figure below.
3. Then, pour the shrimp, cooking wine and egg white into the bowl and stir well, as shown in the following figure.
4. Then pour 5ml of cooking oil and cashew nuts into the pot, and stir-fry over low heat, as shown in the figure below.
5. Pour 5ml of cooking oil, chopped green onion and shredded ginger into the pot, which is very hot and fragrant, as shown in the following figure.
6. Pour in the shrimps, stir-fry with low fire until the shrimps change color, pour in the lily, chicken powder and salt, and stir-fry evenly, as shown in the following figure.
7. Add cashew nuts and cucumber, stir-fry evenly, add water starch, stir-fry evenly, and it's ready, as shown in the following figure.
