Breakfast: 1 millet porridge 2 corn porridge 3 eggs+milk 4 eggs+soybean milk (choose one to eat alone).
Lunch: ① Sauced meat. For example: sauce beef, sauce chicken feet, chicken legs, roast chicken, ribs, sauce beef feet, pig feet and fish. ② Vegetables (choose one to eat alone)
Recipe: Chinese cabbage fried with auricularia, mushrooms fried with rapeseed, leek scrambled with eggs, tomato scrambled with egg white, fried flowers, fried garlic moss, hot pot, mala Tang (you can put meat, as long as you don't eat it).
Dinner: Vegetables and recipes are the same as vegetables with leaves on them!
Drink warm water all day.
Edible fruits: apples, peaches, strawberries, cherries, pineapples and grapefruit.
Important note: Do not eat beans, eggplant, peanuts, melon seeds, sesame seeds, etc. Nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, soup, porridge, yogurt and drinks.
Don't eat after 6 o'clock, and try to drink less water.
Fruit can replace one of the three meals.
