1. First, wash the bought abalone with a toothbrush, as shown below.
2. Then, open the meat of abalone with a spoon and clean up the intestines inside, as shown below.
3. Then put the abalone meat in with a cross knife, as shown below.
4. Then add a proper amount of cooking oil and garlic to the bowl, as shown in the figure below.
5. Then add a spoonful of oyster sauce to the bowl, as shown in the figure below.
6. Then add a spoonful of soy sauce to the bowl and steam for three minutes, as shown below.
7. Then spread the steamed sauce on the abalone meat, as shown below.
8. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and a delicious abalone will be ready. See the effect, as shown in the figure below.
