Materials: yam 15g, lentil 15g, euryales seed 15g, coix seed 15g, fresh chicken feet 200g (about 10) and a little shredded ginger.
Practice: First, wash the chicken feet and cut off the toenails. Put the yam, lentils, Gordon Euryale seed, Coix seed, chicken feet and ginger slices into a clay pot, add 2500ml of water (about 10 bowl of water), boil with strong fire, and simmer for 2 hours. Season with salt after cooking.
