Method for freezing strawberries

1. Wash strawberries and remove their pedicels.

2. Prepare white sugar water according to the concentration of 40% and stir evenly.

4. Take out the strawberries and drain them.

5. Put the processed strawberries into a container and freeze them in the freezer (if there is quick freezing, it is better).
